Provides insights on

- Red cells . Correlation value less than the lower threshold.
- White cells . Correlation value between the thresholds.
Example Conclusion
We already know that Noel Crabtree
flipped the scale for Fresh Apple Aroma/Flavour and Cooked
Apple Aroma/Flavour so it is anticipated that there would be a negative
correlation for these attributes.
We
also know that Tabitha Rouse had a slightly different use of the scale for
Sweetness Flavour. Here we see that there is still a positive correlation, so
she hasn't totally flipped the scale, but the correlation does not meet our
preset threshold value and is therefore not highlighted.
For
the most part, we see that our panel has good overall agreement.
